It's Accurate!
All the calculations performed within the program always use the Internationally agreed constants and not their derivatives, and thus the results are accurate.

For example

1lb = 0.45359237 kg exact.
thus
1kg = 1 / 0.45359237 lb exact.
The result of the division is 2.20462262184878 to 14 decimal places, but this is not exact! Thus if converting from kg to lb if 2.20462 is used as a conversion factor the result will be inaccurate, but if 1 / 0.45359237 is used the result will be accurate to the number of places displayed.
